Hi, I’m launching a helpdesk at in order to create a platform that will allow everyone working in the Visual universe to work together, seamlessly.

Infor, partners, 3rd party vendors, end users, etc. etc. Just run it though a single “shared mailbox” and let an actual information scientist show you how to retain knowledge.

I am offering it free of charge to anyone that wants to use it that I regulatory do business with.

All you need to participate is a valid email address, and be willing to reply to emails from my helpdesk.
